Time has been flying by...here are some photos of what have we been doing.
A Day at the Barn: This is Delilah - a delightfully sweet tempered fuzzy pony. She particular loved the mini carrot snacks we had brought along. We also tapped trees for maple syrup this same day - I ended up with a super muddy kid who was extremely happy with herself, even if it meant riding home in her skivvies. She talked about tapping trees for days after we left.
Sunday Craft: Rainsticks and egg shakers. For the record organic peas are not necessary...lol.
Used shoe collection: Her friend LM has some of the most pretty shoes according to T. She particularly liked these little heels which were 3 sizes to big. T either has tiny feet or LM has canoes. She wasn't happy they ultimately went into the donation box.
Last Dance Class: The dancer of the night gets to wear a special crown. She opted for the kings crown initially but it wouldn't stay on her head. She has so much fun dancing around but the child has a lot to say. One step ahead of the teacher on all the instruction. I love the Dad you see at the edge of the picture - clearly bored. I signed her up for the next session - it is a dress up dance class. (whatever that means).
Making Trail Mix: She loved the scooping and mixing but her end product was 80% M&M's. She probably consumed 4 M&M's for every 1 she put in a bag. Good snacks for the car though!
